Iconic music artists and cutting-edge acts now share their voice through spoken word on the new Music Connection Podcast on PodcastOne, America's largest advertiser-supported podcast network. Hosted by Randy Thomas, known by her voice as the announcer of the Academy Awards, Emmy Awards, Tony Awards, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and more, and Arnie Wohl, Manager and Promoter for stars like Michael Jackson, Paula Abdul and Coldplay, the podcast brings to life Music Connection Magazine, a well-known industry publication led by Publisher Eric Bettelli for 40 years. Personal and professional stories extend beyond the magazine cover to on-demand audio through exclusive interviews with legends, including Sting, Daryl Hall and Jimmy Page, and the hottest rising stars, such as Haim, Mondo Cozmo and Anderson Paak.

Debuting today with music artist Miles Mosley, recently highlighted in the magazine for signing with UMG and Verve Label Group, Music Connection Podcast will release new episodes every Wednesday, exclusively on PodcastOne.com, the new PodcastOne app and Apple Podcasts.

"A giant 'thank you' to Norm Pattiz and the entire PodcastOne team for helping us bring the Music Connection Podcast to life," said Thomas. "We are jazzed to be able to access the incredible resources at PodcastOne, as well as Music Connection's network of musicians, producers, and executives from 40 years of incredible interviews about the music industry - which is why we call this a podcast from the people who make music, for the people who love music!"

Norman Pattiz, Founder and Executive Chairman of PodcastOne said, "How do you put a music-oriented podcast on in spoken word audio? Just listen to our new Music Connection Podcast. In my earliest days at Westwood One, the company was driven by concerts, countdowns and all things music. I'm happy to be teaming up with Randy, Arnie and Music Connection - in many ways, it just seems like home."

Listeners who want to work their way into the business will get advice from the show's weekly artist Tip Jar, and music fans can interact or be featured on the podcast through the new concert review line.
