This year's Family Day will honor RCA Records President and COO, Tom Corson, and his family for their outstanding support of the organization over the years.

Global superstar and philanthropist Pitbull will perform live at the event and receive The T.J. Martell Foundation's Family Day Artist Achievement Award. Family Day is one of the music industry's signature events providing a spectacular day full of fun games, food and carnival activities to raise money for cancer and AIDS research, including a special grant for ovarian cancer research this year. Having steadily grown into one of the Martell Foundation's most successful events, Family Day has raised over $5 million for Martell-funded research at top hospitals across the country. Last year's sold out Family Day event featured superstars Ed Sheeran and Jason Mraz with performances by singing sensations Austin Mahone, Emblem 3 and Greyson Chance.

Tom Corson noted, "I am truly honored by this great recognition from the T.J. Martell Foundation. I have always supported their cutting-edge research programs at the Martell-funded hospitals and I hope to help make this 15th anniversary event a huge success."

According to Marcus Peterzell, Family Day Chairman and Ketchum's EVP of Entertainment, "Tom has always been a huge supporter of Martell's programs. The music ties he has forged over the years at Sony will ensure that this year's anniversary will break all of our records."
