"I Sat By The Ocean" follows in the wake of of the searing "My God Is The Sun" as the latest single from the undisputed best rock record of the year, Queens Of The Stone Age's universally acclaimed ...Like Clockwork (Matador). Produced by founder Joshua Homme and QOTSA, recorded by Mark Rankin with additional engineering by Alain Johannes and Justin Smith, at Josh's studio, Pink Duck, in Burbank, CA, ...Like Clockwork is the sixth Queens Of The Stone Age album and the band's first U.S. #1 album.
