BlaqNmilD sets the tone for New Orleans and has for over twenty years. By high school, he linked up with future legend Big Freedia and kicked off a longstanding creative partnership where he supplied Freedia's beats. Throughout the next two decades, he quietly rose through the city's ranks. Between DJ-ing and rapping, Master P tapped him as the in-house producer for No Limit Forever and No Limit Records. He served up the beat for 5th Ward Weebie's hit "Let Me Find Out" [feat. Juvenile & Snoop Dogg] in addition to numerous placements for Master P, Big Freedia, Silkk The Shocker, Money Mafia, and many more. Throughout this period, he took home "Hottest Producer of the Year" at the New Orleans Music Awards six years in a row and even crafted soundtrack music for I Got The Hook Up 2.
