Pop Polymath Charlie XCX Releases 'Pop 2' Mixtape

25 year-old pop trailblazer Charli XCX delivers another forward-thinking body of work, 'Pop 2' mixtape out today, featuring a glittering line-up of special guests: Carly Rae Jepsen, Tove Lo, ALMA, Chairlift's Caroline Plachek, Brooke Candy, CupcakKe, Pabllo Vittar, Dorian Electra, Mykki Blanco, Tommy Cash, Kim Petras, Jay Park and MØ (listen here)!
'Pop 2' marks XCX's second mixtape of the year and the next installment in Charli's mixtape series, following her critically-acclaimed March 2017 release 'Number 1 Angel'. Teaming-up with previous collaborators A. G. Cook (who served as executive producer for the mixtape), and SOPHIEalongside King Henry (Beyoncé, Justin Bieber), David Gamson and EASYFUN (Charli XCX "3AM") on production.
Earlier this year, Charli XCX released "Boys," a worldwide pop anthem streamed over 120 million times, alongside a self-casted/directed/producedofficial video, which featured an all-star male cast including the likes of Joe Jonas, Diplo, Stormzy, Mark Ronson, Brendon Urie, will.i.am, Mac DeMarco and Riz Ahmed.
Charli XCX is also currently featuring on David Guetta's "Dirty Sexy Money" alongside French Montana (listen here), which she closed this year's MTV EMA's (watch here) and the UK native produced the official music video for the track (with Sarah McColgan) which dropped yesterday (watch here)!
