Poet Jimmy D Robinson & A Flock of Seagulls to Release New Songs from 'Peace Love Music' Book of Poetry

For those searching for the meaning of life, they need look no further than American poet Jimmy D Robinson's book of modern poetry titled "Peace Love Music," published in 2007 by Jimmyland Corp. Renaissance man Jimmy D Robinson teamed up with Grammy Award winners A Flock of Seagulls in 2016 to begin collaboration on bringing the famous poet's words to life with a chill music vibe. A Flock of Seagull's front man Mike Score hand-selected the poems "In My Pocket" and "Things Change" from one of Robinson's best-selling books, "Peace Love Music," to craft and record with international producers Josh Harris, Grammy nominated Moto Blanco, and Grammy Award winner Dave Audé. Jimmy D Robinson, a musician and producer in his own right, also makes vocal appearances on the deep house and chill lounge tracks. Songs will be released from Florida-based Mind Juice Records label.

The basic premise behind the poetic lyrics found in "Peace Love Music" is simply "feel good." Jimmy D Robinson has traveled the world and has also worked through many of life's challenges to move into perfect self-expressionism. "Peace Love Music's" poetry reflects a celebration of life and personal talents, giving his collaborators and music partners, jubilant sensations to truly sing about with him.

"I would love to explore rap collaborations with some funky beats next. DJs have been asking me if I am engaged with rapper Lil' Kim on a 'Peace Love Music' dance single. I'd love to work with her in the studio. We have not been able to get together yet...but when we do it will be great fun!" states Jimmy D Robinson. "I really am grateful for all of the artists I've collaborated with. I love them all!"

Jimmy D Robinson continues to work with A Flock of Seagulls on their full album on songs, which has already garnered a Top 25 Billboard Club chart hit with "Ageless Prince."
