The program will also include Liszt's Totentanz and Beethoven's Symphony No. 3, as well an original composition by Mr. Nickell. Jeff Glor, anchor of the CBS Evening News, will serve as Master of Ceremonies, and the afternoon's festivities will honor the Sing for Hope organization for their mission to uplift lives through the arts in New York City.

In a few short years, Nickell has given public performances of important works by Bach, Beethoven, Berg, Gershwin, Khachaturian, Liszt, Mozart, Rachmaninoff, as well as his own compositions.
"Thomas is a very hard working young musician who loves exploring all hidden treasures in a piece of music," states Mina Zikri. "I'm always amazed by how much he can absorb and how fast he learns. When you listen to Thomas, you know that you're listening to music coming from the heart."
