The upcoming Virtual Reality (VR) music video for ""Lost is being created in partnership with Notch One (who have previously worked with Kanye West, Beyonce, Coldplay).

The track sees the Finnish dark-electronic group flex jazz-tinged trip-hop experimentalism infused with smoke-tinged fluidity. It follows lead album single "Dance" (an ELLE best new song selection w/ remix premiere via NYLON).

Following a mood-setting intro, the new single is the album's opening track. "'Intro' and 'Lost' are from two poems (called Enemies and Old Man) I made during a trip to the Venice Art Biennale where we performed with Phantom in 2013, and where I met a pirate, and a billionaire art collector who had the most fascinating life stories, and when Tommi lost his luggage and made the beat" Hanna explains of the track's inspiration.

Formed in 2012 (hence the roman numerals in the album title), Phantom funnel their existence in the time-space-continuum into something of a new media spiced black magic. The newlywed duo of jazz vocalist / poet Hanna Toivonen and tech-futurist producer Tommi Koskinen have drawn comparisons to Bjork, Morcheeba, & The Knife. the xx are already big fans, & earlier singles got positive reviews from Pitchfork, The Guardian & more.

The band remain committed to evolving technologies as part of their sonic experimentalism. Phantom's Tommi Koskinen built multi-dimensional technology dubbed The UFO (Ultrasonic Frequency Oscillator) into their studio/lab, with which you play by flailing your hands above the flying saucer-looking midi-controller, and created the real time visual projection software Z Vector using Kinect cameras and audio data for live performances.
