Parx Casino Welcomes Dave Koz and Summer Horns Tour On July 12th

Parx Casino, Pennsylvania's #1 casino, announces smooth jazz favorite Dave Koz for a special performance at The Xcite Center on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at 7:30pm. The state-of-the-art Xcite Center will provide intimate atmosphere for Philadelphia adult contemporary fans to experience Dave Koz and his powerhouse friends as they perform this stop on their Summer Horns Tour. Dave Koz has assembled a powerhouse line up of brass instrumentation for the Summer Tour Season of 2018, with special guests Gerald Albright (known for his acclaimed solo recordings and performances with Anita Baker, Whitney Houston, and The Temptations), Rick Braun (chart-topping trumpeter, who has collaborated across genre's with Rod Stewart, Sade, and REO Speedwagon), Richard Elliot (former member of Tower of Power who has since forged a successful solo career), Aubrey Logan (known for jammin' on her trombone or sailing through a song with her nothing-held-back, multi-octave vocal instrument), and Adam Hawley (guitarist named both Smooth Jazz News and Jazz Trax Debut Artist of the Year).

Following the highly successful Summer Horns Tours of 2013 and 2014, this year's tour will have the same high level energy delivering hits, including songs from the upcoming new album, Dave Koz and Friends Summer Horns. The first Summer Horns release debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Current Contemporary Jazz Albums chart. The show will also include songs from individual artists' catalogues.
