Life-affirming. Exhilarating. Dazzling. Few electronic dance music producers structure melodies as adroitly as inHarmony Music recording artist, Mark Sixma. Pair him with a hungry young gun like Husman and the result can be positively epic. Mark Sixma & Husman's "Prime" (inHarmony Music) is out now.

Like a great, euphoria-inducing dream, "Prime" causes an adrenaline rush in human listeners no matter how hard one tries to resist. Presumably aiming to boost people's serotonin levels with a jolt of audio augmentation, Sixma and Husman pair their luscious harmonies with distorted synth horns for a monstrous trance composition sure to thrill. As the tension of the track builds and builds, the pressure becomes deliciously unbearable. Just then, crash! Fearsome waves of sound come raining down, making this tune a perfect fit for DJs wanting to slay summer's festival crowds. inHarmony Music head honcho, Andrew Rayel, has been playing "Prime" out in his live DJ sets and the crowds erupt on cue each and every time. (One can see why trance music-lovers remain so loyal to their DJ heroes.) At once swelling, soaring and hands-down anthemic, "Prime" is a tune incisively effective at evoking the emotions for which trance music is known. It's impossible not to smile and want to dance upon hearing this record.

Launched in September, 2017, inHarmony Music is the record label headed by Andrew Rayel and distributed by Armada Music. As label chief and head of A&R for inHarmony Music, Rayel is the key decision-maker when it comes to signing new artists and music. Fulfilling a lifelong dream while on his never-ending career quest, Rayel is now able to do for new artists what Armin van Buuren did for Rayel years ago. The circle is complete and there will be an abundant supply of lovingly curated new music ahead.
