Following the announcement of their first time collaboration earlier in the year, dynamic super group First Ladies of Disco, comprised of legendary vocalists Martha Wash, Evelyn "Champagne" King and Linda Clifford, today announced the official music video release for their hit single "Show Some Love" via Ms. Wash's imprint, Purple Rose Records.

Produced and co-written by the internationally renowned team of Zach Adam and Heather Holly, "Show Some Love" has been climbing the charts since its release in March, currently sitting at #1 on the Kings of Spins charts and at #9 on the Billboard Dance Club charts. With its buoyant, catchy chorus, the empowering and joyous anthem perfectly showcases the vocal dynamics of each singer while simultaneously delivering a powerful message. According to Martha Wash, the accompanying music video underscores the feeling and meaning of the song.

"We really wanted this video to capture the spirit and ultimate joy of the song. Show Some Love is in essence about seeing past our differences, past the surface and choosing to see each other as human beings getting to a place of acceptance and love," explains Ms. Wash. "In light of all that is going on in the world today it seems like such a simple but obviously necessary and timely message."

The "Show Some Love" video also marks the first time fans will see the three iconic singers performing together, showcasing their individual vocal skill as a collective, and will be followed up by the "FIRST LADIES OF DISCO" tour (details to be announced later this year).

In tandem with the music visual for "Show Some Love," Purple Rose Records has also just released a variety a dance remixes of the song, provided by several of the top remixers today including: Razor N' Guido, Ranny, Maraud3r, The Degenerates, The Perry Twins, Good Girls, Funky Junction, K.C. Anderson, Pri Yon Joni, John LePage, Brian Cua and Ollywood.

The formation of First Ladies of Disco and the subsequent release of the collaboration's single and video is just the latest project for the fast growing indie label Purple Rose Records.

"We have so many exciting things coming up in the very near future. Martha's original vision for Purple Rose Records was for it to be a launch pad for emerging talent and for artists who may be overlooked by the mainstream. We are now realizing that vision. First Ladies of Disco is just one of the many projects we have in the works," said James Washington, head of A&R at Purple Rose Records and creator and brand manager for First Ladies Of Disco LLC. "We are all about giving artists a platform and the freedom to create their work. With all of her experience as not only an artist but also on the business side of the industry, few people understand better than Martha how to navigate this industry and still be true to your artistry. Purple Rose Records truly aims to be the champion of real artistry."
