OUTASIGHT Releases New Song “Remember Me”

Always inspired by his life experiences and eager to continue sharing new music with his fans, OUTASIGHT has just released a new song titled "Remember Me," available now as a free download at: https://soundcloud.com/iamoutasight/remember-me. The track was first unveiled yesterday (3/28) on 2DopeBoyz.com:http://www.2dopeboyz.com/2013/03/28/outasight-remember-me/. The hip-hop, pop, soul artist wrote the song himself and describes "Remember Me" as "a song about life, love, and mortality."

Earlier this month,OUTASIGHT--real name Richard Andrew--released his take on Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing in the Dark."The remix--an ode to the classic with his own flavor of pop and soul--has been a resounding favorite ofOUTASIGHT's set on his co-headlining national tour with The Ready Set. OUTASIGHT also recently released a music video for "I'll Drink To That," the third single off his debut album Night Like These (Warner Bros. Records). The video--a tribute to his beloved New York City--poignantly shines a light on the hardworking men and women of NYC, the people who strive each day to make ends meet and thrive despite difficult times. To coincide with the new single, OUTASIGHT completed a coast-to-coast co-headlining national tour with label mate The Ready Set. The show got rave reviews from the media and lively and energized responses from the crowds. The Chicago Sun-Times noted, "Playing in front of a young, excited crowd...Outasight and The Ready Set had the audience jumpin'." (2/21/13) PressPassLA.com crammed into The Roxy in Los Angeles for the March 8 show and recapped the night: "Outasight put on a killer set. His additional lighting setup was huge in The Roxy. He instantly grabbed the crowd and got them moving...His DJ hyped the crowd and his band delivered the high energy." (3/19/13). AOL's Cambio.com was also in the house and wrote, "All three acts played to a packed crowd, and we mean PACKED! Things got a little sweaty in there :) The best part of the night? Probably when Outasight finally sang his new single 'I'll Drink to That,' which had everyone on their feet." (3/19/13). OUTASIGHT will play various college shows before embarking on the Vans Warped Tour for the entire summer (see the dates below).

"I'll Drink To That" marks the third single off the Yonkers, NY-native's debut album Nights Like These, released November 2012. The album features his platinum hit single "Tonight Is The Night," whichOUTASIGHT has performed on "The X Factor," "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," "90210" and during half-time of the NHL All-Star Game alongside Drake. The don't-worry-let's-party anthem became the #1 most-added song on Top 40 radio in its first week and has been featured in national ad campaigns for Pepsi, Honda and Pizza Hut.
