OneRepublic releases their third studio album Native today on Mosley Music Group/Interscope Records. The band kicked off release day with a performance of current single "If I Lose Myself" on Good Morning America.

Next up OneRepublic will take to the American Idol stage for a performance of "If I Lose Myself' featuring special guest, Idol alum, Katharine McPhee on Thursday, March 28th ((8:00-9:00PM ET/PT on FOX). This is the second time lead singer/songwriter/producer Ryan Tedder will collaborate with the season five runner-up. Tedder penned the song "Touch Me" for McPhee to perform on an episode of NBC's SMASH in which Tedder made a guest appearance. OneRepublic will finish up the week with a performance on Rachael Ray on Friday, March 29th.

Praise is pouring in for Native with the New York Times stating "It serves up layer upon layer of glossy keyboards, reverberant guitars and choir-like backing vocals" and Entertainment Weekly describing it as "..soaring, evangelical choruses of prescription strength goose-bump inducers like "Feel Again" and "If I Lose Myself." The Associated Press said of the album "frontman Ryan Tedder's falsetto is superb throughout the new offering, which bleeds with emotion and substance."

Native was mostly recorded at lead singer/songwriter/keyboardist and GRAMMY winner Ryan Tedder's Patriot Studios in Denver. Produced by Tedder and fellow band mate Brent Kutzle, OneRepublic also collaborated with leading-edge producers like Philippe Zdar (the French composer known for his work with artists like Phoenix, The Beastie Boys, Cat Power, and Depeche Mode), Jeff Bhasker (Kanye West, Jay Z, the Rolling Stones, fun.) and Benny Blanco (Maroon 5, Rihanna, Gym Class Heroes) infusing their high-powered rock-pop hybrid with elements of electronic music, gospel, blues, and folk
