Nina Nesbitt Releases PSYCHOPATH + Announces North American Headline Tour Image

After a massively successful run at SXSW last week, and with her North American tour with Jake Bugg starting next week, Scottish singer, songwriter and musician Nina Nesbitt has announced she has partnered with Spotify for their Louder Together program, a unique collaboration with fellow female songwriters Sasha Sloan and Charlotte Lawrence, to write and record the first ever collaborativeSpotify Singles Original called "Psychopath."

Spotify launched Louder Together, bringing artists together in the spirit of community, empowerment and inspiration kicking off during Women's History Month with emerging female artists, Sasha Sloan, Nina Nesbitt and Charlotte Lawrence,to create and record a Spotify Singles Original, which is out worldwide from today.

"Listen to Psychopath" HERE.

Additionally, Spotify will host a Louder Together launch event here in Los Angeles at The Resident in DTLA on Saturday, March 24. Each of the artists will perform individually, with the night culminating in thefirst ever performance of 'Psychopath." The event is open to the public, fans can secure tickets by RSVP'ing here.

In other news, Nina hits the road next week on March, 26 at San Diego's The Observatory, then will be performing in Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, Salt Lake City, Denver, Houston, Austinand Dallas as direct support for Jake Bugg. In April, she'll be heading over to the Midwest and East Coast for a fifteen date headlining tour, playing shows in Chicago, Indianapolis, Nashville, Washington, D.C., Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia and more. Earlier this year, Nina released "Somebody Special," which has amassed more than 12 million combined streams, with an average of 1.5 million streams a week.

"Psychopath" follows three incredible releases from Nina; "Somebody Special," "The Best You Had" and "The Moments I'm Missing," all demonstrating her undeniable knack for modernist pop and R&B which she blends with her own confessional song-writing. Fans include Chloë Grace Moretz and Taylor Swift, who included 'The Best You Had' on her "Favorite Songs Playlist" on her Apple Music. Currently, these two tracks alone count for over 30 million of her 90 million streams to date, and that number continues to grow week by week and on a global scale.

Having grown-up in a small village just outside Edinburgh, Nina Nesbitt has found a way to make it work for her in an industry that often doesn't give you the time to settle into the artist you want to be. Rather than rush into making another album for the sake of it, she waited for the inspiration to strike and let it slowly take shape organically. What she excels at is being an artist, but one that's fully in control - the very best kind. Nina's new album will be released in Summer 2018.

Late October Nina made a welcomed visit to Los Angeles and New York City where she played sold out shows in both cities.
