Raleigh, NC Americana band, New Reveille, release The Keep tomorrow September 7, 2018 but the entire album is streaming today on Billboard Magazine's website HERE. The band was just named by Rolling Stone Country as one of the "10 New Country Artists You Need to Know: August 2018" which showcases "...the month's best new country and Americana performers." Rolling Stone Country calls out New Reveille for fans of "the Civil Wars, Delta Rae, Shovels & Rope" describing their sound as, "Twangy, truck-driving music that runs on classical gas... a slick set of jacked-up folk-rock." Nashville based producer / engineer Ben Fowler (Rascal Flatts, Ruby Amanfu, Lucy Hale, Kip Moore), a Multi-Platinum, Grammy Award winning, ACM Engineer of the Year nominee, produced their debut Loud & Proud Records release.

New Reveille will premiere songs from the album with a couple of performances at the 19th annual AMERICANAFEST in Nashville with shows on September 14, 2018 at 5:00pm atThe Local as part of the The Americanafest Day Stage Presented by NPR Music, World Cafe and WMOT and on September 15, 2018 at 8:30pm at Analog at Hutton Hotel. They will also play the main stage at Groove In The Garden on Saturday September 22, 2018 at the Stephenson Amphitheater & Rose Garden and the IBMA World Of Bluegrass Festival on September 27, 2018 at Kings at 11:00pm both in Raleigh, NC.

Today In Nashville (WSMV-TV NBC) recently featured New Reveille performing the song "Conway Shore" on June 11, 2018 - watch it HERE and "Way To You" on August 24, 2018 - Watch it HERE. On September 19, 2018 they will appear in an episode of The Attic Sessions, a series of short videos that feature intimate performances and discussions with emerging artists and touring musicians, filmed in the Attic Lounge at the historic War Memorial Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. New Reveille have also been on The Vinyl Lunch in Nashville, listen HERE and recently headlined a Sofar Sounds in their hometown.

New Reveille's distinctive talents find common ground in traditions that stretch back to and beyond early America. On that foundation, they build a unique sound that encompasses the virtues of music that came before and the promise of what it might yet become. Amy Kamm dances deftly on lead vocals between artful interpretive solo parts and three-part female harmonies that somehow soar, caress, and electrify all at once. Daniel Cook (banjo/guitar) and George Hage (guitar) avoid flashy patterns, and instead hearken back to a pre-bluegrass era. Kaitlin Grady on cello, adds a classical element, while blending with Autumn Brand on violin to create mini-orchestral textures and melodies. The songs vary. Lyrics conjure ominous visions and premonitions like "Hounds," New Reveille's first single, which addresses karma, and how one's past eventually converges with the present. Songs are more narrative like the title track, "The Keep" which was inspired by Amy Kamm's experience working as a nurse at a prison. They feel personal but also literary, like some sadness from the past preserved in the poetry of song. Their music resonates and grows with each new hearing.

"Hounds" is impacting Americana and non-commercial radio formats, added to Sirius/XM's The Village, WMOT, KPIG, Stingray, WAPS, WETS, WFIV, WMNF, WNRN, and WQBR. Pre-orders are available now through New Reveille's PledgeMusic store. Exclusive items are also available including various signed items, hand-written lyrics, instruments, unique experiences such as Skype cello or violin lessons, an acoustic house concert, and more. All pledgers will get an instant track download of an early recording of the song, "Miracle."
