Island recording group Neon Trees has announced today's release of their eagerly anticipated new single. "Feel Good" is available now on all DSPs and streaming services. Written by Neon Trees' Tyler Glenn and produced by Captain Cuts (Walk The Moon, Grouplove, Chainsmokers) at their Los Angeles studio, "Feel Good" marks Neon Trees' first new music in more than two years.

The Provo, UT-based band is currently hard at work in the studio, preparing the eagerly awaited follow-up to their 3rd album, 2014's acclaimed POP PSYCHOLOGY.

"It seems strange to say this but: We're back," wrote Neon Trees in a recent Facebook post. "It's been three years since our last album, and after years of being a band together, touring the world and living the dreams of our youth, we took an important break, one that's refreshed all of us and refocused what our band is and what we want to do next...Thank you for being with us all these years, and we can't wait to show you all what we've been up to and what we have in store."

"Feel Good" marks Neon Trees return to its infectious pop rock sound.

"Thematically it's essentially me saying 'enough' of feeling bad all the time," Says Glenn, singer.

"Late last year I was waking up each day, but I couldn't wait to get back to bed. It took so much effort to just feel ok. I turned to music like I always do, and wrote "Feel Good" at a time when I was feeling pretty low. I think beyond who's right and who's wrong about everything going on in the world, there's a human desire in all of us to feel ok, to 'FEEL GOOD'. That's one truth everyone can agree on."

Neon Trees will celebrate "Feel Good" with an exclusive home state live performance at the upcoming LOVELOUD Fest, set for Saturday, August 26th at Orem, UT's Brent Brown Ballpark at Utah Valley University. The event - co-headlined by Imagine Dragons and also featuring Krewella, Nicholas Petricca of Walk the Moon, and Joshua James - was created by Imagine Dragons' Dan Reynolds with help from Tyler Glenn, to ignite the vital conversation of what it means to unconditionally love, understand, accept, and support LGBTQ+ youth. Proceeds will go to the LOVELOUD Foundation, which supports The Trevor Project, Encircle, GLAAD, and STAND4KIND. Tickets for LOVELOUD Fest are now on sale via Smith's Tix; for more information, visit loveloudfest.com.

Hailed by Rolling Stone as "a New Wave pop powerhouse," Neon Trees first united in 2006 and instantly attracted acclaim and attention for their kaleidoscopic sound and affirmative vision, showcased on 2010's extraordinary debut album, HABITS. The album proved a phenomenon from the start, ascending to #1 on Billboard's "Heatseekers Albums" chart following the breakthrough success of its lead single, "Animal." A true international smash with 75 million streams to date, "Animal" reached the upper regions of an array of airplay and sales charts, including #1 on Billboard's "Alternative Songs" chart - the band's first ever #1 single. Now certified 2x platinum by the RIAA, "Animal" eventually received "Top Alternative Song" honors at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, while also being featured in a long list of TV, film, and video game soundtracks and advertising campaigns.

PICTURE SHOW followed two years later, highlighted by the 4x platinum certified blockbuster, "Everybody Talks", Neon Trees' first single to reach the top 10 on Billboard's "Hot 100" as well as their first ever #1 on the "Hot AC" chart. The song has been streamed 130 million times to date.

POP PSYCHOLOGY made a stunning top-10 debut on the SoundScan/Billboard 200 upon its April 2014 release - Neon Trees' highest chart placement to date. The album's popular success was driven in large part by the multi-format smash single/video, "Sleeping With A Friend," now certified gold by the RIAA for sales and streams in excess of 41 million.

"Songs I Can't Listen To" followed POP PSYCHOLOGY in 2015, the non-LP single, marking Neon Trees' last new release before taking a well-earned band hiatus. Lead singer and songwriter Tyler Glenn - who came out as gay in a milestone 2014 Rolling Stone interview - spent the temporary break continuing to push his art forward on his debut solo album, 2016's acclaimed EXCOMMUNICATION.

Known worldwide as a colorful and energetic live outfit, Neon Trees has spent much of their lifetime on the road, including countless headline shows, festival performances, and tours alongside such like-minded artists as The Killers, Maroon 5, Twenty One Pilots, Duran Duran, The Flaming Lips, My Chemical Romance, Taylor Swift and more.

Neon Trees is: Tyler Glenn: vocals * Elaine Bradley: drums & backing vocals * Branden Campbell: bass guitar * Chris Allen: guitars.
