Mt. Joy Release Amazon Original JENNY JENKINS (Alternate Version)

Today, "your new folk rock heroes" (Rolling Stone) Mt. Joy released an Amazon Original song "Jenny Jenkins" (Alternate Version) on Amazon Music. The new recording is a re-imagining of a song that recently cracked the Top 10 on the Triple A Radio Charts and originally appeared on the LA-via-Philadelphia band's critically-acclaimed debut album that was released earlier this year.

"We've been touring a lot and have played songs like 'Jenny' so many times that it was really refreshing to get to reimagine that track," explains frontman Matt Quinn. "We were able to jump into a really inspiring space - Seahorse Sound in downtown LA - with our producer Jon Gilbert for a day and just tried to craft a different vibe from the original. We are really happy with the way it came out, and are stoked that Amazon gave us the opportunity."
