Today, the Philadelphia-based hip-hop/R&B duo &More comprised of singer Donn T and rapper Chill Moody released their new single "Future Come Around" from their forthcoming debut album Ethel Bobcat out April 5 via D-tone Victorious/nicethingsMUSIC. FLOOD Magazine said &More "...embody the very essence of Philadelphia: low, rumbling rhythms, high-minded and thoughtful lyricism, all sprinkled with an ethereal, otherworldly quality linking them with the city's rich and storied musical history."

"I've heard bands describe the moment when an album is finished then, while not meaning to write another song, they trip, land on the hinge pin of the album," said singer Donn T. "If Ethel Bobcat is a meal, single 'Future Come Around' is dessert. It's a snack with some silky layers. It's also a testament to how music can change you. The day I first heard the beat I was having a hard day. In route to home, I stopped by producer Ben Thomas' studio to drop something off. He was playing the track, it was fire. Within, a few minutes of hearing it, I wrote my chorus and bridge, and recorded it. When I left, I was having a better day."
Earlier this week, NPR Music released a Tiny Desk Concert performance of the group and said, "&More's music is often about the experience of being black in America, blending hip-hop and R&B with a motivational message and a Philadelphia flair."
&More's debut album Ethel Bobcat is a musical mix of hip-hop & inspired soul that alternates between themes of power, love and social justice. The duo ride atop the edgey tracks by producer Ben "Private School" Thomas (Shawn Smith, Jazmine Sullivan, Ty $) and guitarist/producer Jake Morelli (Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Esperanza Spalding, The Roots).

NPR's World Cafe said, "There comes a point in the bleak landscape of current events where those paying attention are left exhausted and speechless. Philadelphia R&B/hip-hop combo &More has a word for that moment when there are no words left: 'WHOA.' |
&More will tour throughout the rest of 2019 including stops at New York's Brooklyn Bowl, Philadelphia's Johnny Brenda's, Pickathon, and Roots Picnic.
