Atlantic singer-songwriter Molly Kate Kestner has released her latest anthemic track "Not Over You" - available today via all DSPs. "I know way too many who have wasted tears on people that are not worthy of them" said Kestner of the song. "I wanted to write a song that someone could sing along to, and one that would actually give them the power and the words they need to get over the person who took them for granted. So if that's you... turn it up & sing it 'til you believe it."
"Not Over You" follows Kestner's single "Compromise" that has been featured in high profile campaigns for LG and Jeep and previous releases "Footprints," "I Don't Know," "Good Die Young," "Prom Queen," and "It's You." A versatile collaborator, Kestner also co-wrote "Move You" and "Slow Dance" off Kelly Clarkson's latest album Meaning of Life and "Bed of Roses" by Afrojack featuring Stanaj.
Kestner caught the world's attention in 2014 while still in high school, when a home video of her original song "His Daughter" went viral on YouTube, reaching over 7 million views in just a few weeks and to date, reaching over 16 million views. After making the move from Minnesota to Los Angeles, Kestner played a residency at LA's iconic Hotel Café, toured with both Phoebe Ryan and Wrabel, and collaborated with top producers including Ryan Tedder and Starsmith (Ellie Goulding, Marina and the Diamonds, Clean Bandit). She has received an outpour of support from FADER, Refinery29, Idolator, Galore & more.
