Mika Newton is an exciting new arrival on the American pop music scene and is more than ready to bring her talent stateside. The Ukraine pop star will officially release her second single, "Come Out and Play", on Randy Jackson's Friendship Collective record label on January 14, 2013. Produced by Rune Westberg (Rebecca Black, Adam Lambert) and Randy Jackson, "Come Out and Play" spreads the positive message to enjoy life no matter what the day brings you.

Released on the heels of her debut single "Don't Dumb Me Down," which remains on the UK's Top 5 Club Chart and has over 1.3 million views on YouTube, "Come Out and Play" is set to climb the charts in the U.S. and abroad.

The 'American Idol' judge and Grammy Award-winning producer not only gives his stamp of approval, but also produced Newton's debut single "Don't Dumb Me Down", which is also co-written by Rune Westberg and BC Jean (Beyoncé).

Newton, a beautiful, blonde dynamo with a soaring, agile soprano and charming personality, is already a huge star in her native Ukraine. As a teenager, Newton studied Performing Arts (voice, piano, acting, dance, pantomime), while she continued to compete in local and international talent contests, taking first place at nearly all of them, which led to attention from major music industry players. Newton then released two albums, and thanks to performing theme songs for many Ukrainian and Russian television shows and films, became known in her country as the "Queen of Soundtracks."

Last year, she represented her country in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest, earning a respectable fourth place performing "Angel" to millions of viewers. JK Music Group (Julia Kurbatova & Oleg Shmelev) and Randy Jackson spotTed Newton's raw talent, and in June 2011, Newton moved to Los Angeles, where she continues to develop her music career, and record her forthcoming debut artist album produced by Randy Jackson.

Primed to be the next breakthrough artist, you can expect to see Newton performing in a city near you shortly. "Don't Dumb Me Down" is available for purchase on iTunes, along with dance remixes from Mark Loverush, DJ Dutch and Monikkr.
