Michelle Sharples and Serena Villamor are bringing nearly two decades of entertainment, attractions and venues sales experience to their new company, Indigo. The company is a one-stop solution for entertainment companies seeking to grow sales in niche business-to-business sales channels.
The women-owned business will focus on group, special event, concierge, timeshare, wholesale, broker, and convention sales channels. The company's established relationships and expertise in working within each market segment grants its clients immediate access to new revenue streams and repeat business. The name Indigo was chosen intentionally. The color meaning accurately represents the values of both owners. As noted on their website, Indigo conveys integrity and deep sincerity.
Sharples and Villamor were formerly in-house with Cirque du Soleil Resident Shows Division and most recently BASE Entertainment, representing its vast portfolio of live shows. In addition to BASE, Indigo launches with six total employees and clients that include Legends In Concert, The Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland and several new projects to be announced soon.
"We're excited to embark on this new adventure bringing our client-focused reputation and our experience in providing this service to the entertainment industry," said Sharples. "We are grateful that our relationships with BASE Entertainment and their portfolio of live shows, will continue."
Villamor added: "Michelle and I are excited to continue building a culture that aligns with our values. Service and integrity will remain our priority."
