Number one hits are rare for most artists, but one family is in the Guinness Book of World Records as the ONLY family in entertainment history with 3 generations of #1 hit makers - the Nelsons. Ricky Nelson Remembered, a unique and thrilling celebration of the life and music of the original "Teen Idol," combines a rock & roll concert experience featuring Ricky's twin sons Matthew & Gunnar Nelson performing their dad's greatest hits and a multi-media presentation with rare home videos, family photos and unforgettable music. Ricky Nelson Remembered will be performed at Stamford's Palace Theatre on Saturday, February 1 at 8 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at www.SCAlive.org.

Matthew and Gunnar Nelson provide an intimate glimpse into the iconic career of their father Ricky Nelson, captivating audiences with timeless performances of their dad's greatest hits, including "Poor Little Fool," "Hello Mary Lou," "Travelin' Man," "I'm Walking," "GArden Party," alongside their self-penned chart toppers "Love & Affection" and "After the Rain."

A Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Ricky Nelson emerged from The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet to establish himself as one of the most important rock artists and influential musicians of the last 50 years, selling over 140 million recordings. Grammy Award-winning Ricky Nelson is the only artist to have a number one TV show, a number one movie and a number one song in the same week.

"It's a show that brought back great memories and some of the best music ever," said an audience member at a recent performance. "Matthew and Gunnar's stories of their 'Pop' moved the audience in a way that will stay with them." Audiences at The Palace are in for a similarly rockin' good time ... and an emotionally exhilarating journey.

Tickets for Ricky Nelson Remembered on February 1 at 8 p.m. cost $42, $52 & $62 and can be purchased online at www.SCAlive.org or charged by phone with major credit cards by calling The Palace Box Office at 203-325-4466. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Palace Theatre box office in downtown Stamford, CT. The box office is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The 2013-2014 season is made possible by Palace Theatre's Season Sponsors Seaboard Properties, Inc. and the Whittingham Family.
