Mat Kearney is excited to reveal the title of his forthcoming new album - CRAZYTALK - with news of a 2018 US headlining tour that will feature Andrew Belle as main support. The "CRAZYTALK TOUR" is a two-month long run that kicks off the third week of February in the Pacific Northwest and makes stops at The Wiltern in LA, The Riviera in Chicago, House of Blues in Boston, PlayStation Theater in New York, The Tabernacle in Atlanta, and The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville before wrapping in the Southwest with three Texas shows. Tickets are on-sale now.
News of the 2018 tour comes on the heels of Kearney releasing new single "Better Than I Used to Be" via his new partnership with Caroline - listen to or purchase HERE. The song, which is a collaboration between Mat and electronic producer AFSHeeN (Galantis, Selena Gomez, Madonna), is the first song to be released from Kearney's forthcoming album CRAZYTALK and his first new music since 2015'sJust Kids. "Better Than I Used to Be" earned a spot on this week's New Music Friday playlist and has already crossed 1.5 MILLION combined plays across platforms. Upon release, it hit #27 on the Viral 50 Chart as CRAZYTALK is poised to be Kearney's best album yet.
Mat Kearney is no stranger to the road and over the years has joined NEEDTOBREATHE for their annual "Tour de Compadres" and has shared the stage with John Mayer, Kelly Clarkson, Train andFlorence and the Machine among others. Kearney is excited to hit the road in 2018 with a new label partner as well as new management. At the end of 2016 Kearney signed with Big Loud Management(Florida Georgia Line, Chris Lane) who just announced a merger with Maverick last week.
