With the holiday season in full swing, 12-year-old rising star MASON RAMSEY returns to The Ellen DeGeneres Show today to catch up with Ellen on everything that has happened since his first appearance on the show in April. After sharing a story about the new friends he's made since his recent move to Nashville, Ellen sent Ramsey home with custom "Ellen" basketball jerseys and a $5,000 shopping spree for them, courtesy of Walmart. He followed the not-to-miss interview with the first televised performance of his holiday single, "White Christmas," which is available at all digital retailers and streaming partners here.
Next up, Ramsey will head to New York City on December 13 for a performance of "White Christmas" on NBC's TODAY, just steps away from the famed Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree (check local listings.)
Infusing a modern twist to the yuletide classic, Ramsey's jazzy rendition spotlights his dynamic vocal range as he croons of an idyllic winter wonderland. This soulful release follows his breakout hit "Famous" from his acclaimed FAMOUS EP.
"'White Christmas' is the best holiday song and I've grown up listening to Michael Bublé's version with Shania Twain," shares Ramsey. "It's also a song in Home Alone too - my favorite movie to watch at Christmas!"
Honored as one of Billboard's "21 Under 21" for the class of 2018, the Big Loud Records and Atlantic Records artist is still on the road on his first-ever nationwide tour supporting CHRIS LANE. The LAPS AROUND THE SUN TOUR sees Ramsey taking his music to brand new audiences through December 15 at the Theatre of Living Arts in Philadelphia, PA.
