Nominees for music's biggest event for families were announced today during a #FriYAYLive nomination livestream, hosted by Radio Disney's Morgan and DJ Lela B with special guests Jenna Ortega ("Stuck in the Middle"), singer-songwriter Carson Lueders and social media influencer Sofie Dossi.

Radio Disney nominated top artists across 15 categories, including one new category, "Doubletap - Favorite Social Music Artist," recognizing musical talent across social media platforms. The winners will be announced FRIDAY, JUNE 22, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, California. A special telecast of the sixth annual show, "2018 Radio Disney Music Awards," will be presented, on SATURDAY, JUNE 23 (8:00 p.m., EDT/PDT), on Disney Channel as well as multiple Disney-branded platforms, including Radio Disney, the Radio Disney app, the DisneyNOW app and Disney.com/RDMA.
