Lucy Rose's TREAT ME LIKE A WOMAN Video Premieres via Billboard Image

U.K.-based artist Lucy Rose's new video "Treat Me Like A Woman" is premiering today via Billboard; watch/share HERE. Read the full piece from Billboard HERE. Rose explains the song was written "after a combination of events which pushed me to think about the way people interact with me purely based on my gender... this isn't a song aimed at men, it's a conversation that everyone needs to have with themselves. Have I ever judged a woman differently than a man?" The new record, No Words Left, is out March 22 via Arts & Crafts; pre-order HERE.

In support of the new album, Rose will be performing in Los Angeles on May 29 at Hotel Café; you can find more information and tickets HERE.

"Releasing this record feels entirely different to every other record I've released," Rose explains, "But to try and sum up my emotions is virtually impossible. This album reflects the reality of my life, the toughness life throws at you, and for a period of time it did become too much for me to handle alone."

The new album comes on the heels of Rose's 2017 LP Something's Changing, which received extensive critical praise:

"[Rose] is at her best at her most intimate, albeit with a new gust of
openness from her far-flung adventures."-Q Magazine

"Something's Changing is a culmination of much-welcomed growth for Rose. She
has the ability to make listeners feel: when she's struggling to find comfort in her own
skin, finding joy in life and questioning her path. Her most recent body of work shows
Rose finding her sense of self, but makes it relatable to listeners. It's that connection
that solidifies Rose's career on the folk world."-Paste

"With songcraft and performances on point here, Something's Changing is Rose's
most exquisite album to date and her most moving."-AllMusic

Something's Changing saw Rose traveling across Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil and Mexico, playing free shows and staying with fans, with Rose's husband Will Morris documenting the entire experience.
