LoveFit - the UK's first music, food and fitness festival - is returning to the stunning grounds of the St Clere Estate, Kent in July. For it's second year, LoveFit has announced a slew of new additions and improvements including an exciting adventure programme, boutique camping from Hotel Bell Tent and an expanded food and drink selection including newcomers Body Burger and Vits & Kicks.
LoveFit's inaugural year saw over 1000 music, fitness and healthy food enthusiasts descend upon the tranquil woodlands of the St Clere Estate. LoveFit offers a unique mix of music from international DJs and live acts and world class fitness personalities, studios and instructors including
MTV Fit's Charlotte Holmes, King of Gym's 1Rebel and Fierce Grace Hot Yoga.
In year 2 the festival will expand to cater for 2000 attendees and welcomes a new adventure programme with paddle boarding, aerial acrobatics, woodland obstacle trail, slip and slide and slacklining, all included for ticket holders. LoveFit promises to loosen you up in every way possible, not least dancing deep in the lush forest wilderness. Other exciting temperature risers include hot yoga in a yurt, wild swimming in a natural lake, health workshops, competitions and tournaments, spinning classes in the trees and blood pumping extras from box jumps to kettlebells, battle ropes to circuit training. The setting in a rolling green estate with natural walks, blissful sunsets and camping under the stars, ensures this is one of the most talked about festivals in the UK.
2018 sees a bulging lineup of fitness and wellbeing stars including Chelsea and Everton FC physio Lily Sabri, 'GQ Star Trainer of the year' Esmee Gummer, MTV's 'EX On The Beach: Body SOS' star Charlotte Holmes Pro Fitness Model world champ Shaun Stafford and returning from 2017 are fitness leaders Carly Rowena, Kim Hartwell and Callum Melly. World renowned studios such as 1Rebel, Fierce Grace, Reach Fitness, Take The HIIT and Gracefulbow Yoga will also be hosting everything from HIIT classes and yoga sessions to fitness workouts.
Musically, Friday sees LoveFit hosting a welcome party where festival goers are urged to dig out their best 80's spandex and prepare for a disco themed dance floor workout. A tongue in cheek fitness session from 90s legend Mr Motivator will be followed by a throwback night of disco, 80s classics and Northern Soul under the stars. Saturday sees an international DJ lineup provide an eclectic range of feel good anthems from house music in all its forms, classic hip hop to funk and soul. Sunday is focussed on recovery and rejuvenation and so Ibiza chill, balearic beats and laid back acoustic sets are the order of the day.
To keep you well fuelled and energised, there will be mouthwatering food and drink on offer. Chief amongst these are fresh vegetable and fruit juice cocktails with or without an alcoholic 'kick' from Vits & Kicks. There is also a wonderful selection from some of the leading foodies around. Meat eaters, vegans and vegetarians are all catered for so think Fit Burgers and Fit Veggie Burgers from the lean kids at Body Burger and Mediterranean grilled goodness from The Devil's Pantry. FroByJoy will return with her amazing frozen coconut yoghurt and it's all dairy-free, gluten-free, soya-free and guilt-free. Add in gorgeous Acai fruit bowls from House of Acai, and a world of speciality coffee and teas from Routes Coffee and there is plenty to get excited about.
Unfolding in a laid back, fun and informal setting across one blissful weekend this is about non-pretentious, non-hippie dippy fitness, exciting and healthy food and drink and on point music makes for a truly boutique weekend.
