In time with the much-anticipated release of his 11 th studio album, country music superstar Brad Paisley sat down with host Kelly Sutton for a 90-minute Love and War Album Premiere Special, debuting exclusively on TuneIn's Country Roads Friday, April 21 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Recorded in front of an intimate live audience at Sonos' Santa Barbara studios, the special gives listeners the complete Love and War album experience, with full playback of all 15 songs, plus candid commentary from Paisley on the making of the album.
"There are a handful of artists and writers that I wrote with and performed with on this album that are once-in-a-lifetime benchmark situations that you don't want to mess up, so you end up with a lot more pieces to juggle with than you expect," Paisley said.
With "Love and War" slated for release that same day, the special provides fans with a first listen to the full album that features collaborations with Rock & Roll and Country Music Hall of Famer Johnny Cash ("Gold all Over the Ground"), Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Mick Jagger ("Drive of Shame") and John Fogerty ("Love & War"), Country Music Hall of Famer Bill Anderson ("Dying to See Her") and hip hop-R&B artist-producer Timbaland ("Grey Goose Chase", "Solar Power Girl").
In addition to being a three-time Grammy award winner, Paisley has taken home 14 Academy of Country Music (ACM) awards and 14 Country Music Association (CMA) awards, including being honored as CMA Entertainer of the Year in 2010.
