Passionate punk singer Louise Distras is teaming up with rowdy steampunk group The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing on their Decade of Regression 10th anniversary UK tour this Spring.

They'll be bringing direct, raw and socially-aware noisiness to nine cities throughout April.

About the tour Louise says, "It's a wild honour to be part of The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing experience this April. Let the rabble rousing commence, see you in the pit!"

The tour comes after a successful start to the year, with the release of her incendiary new Street Revolution EP and a UK headline tour. The EP consists of four fist raising anthems for the working class kids of our generation.

Upon release, Street Revolution peaked at #10 on the iTunes singer-songwriter album chart and received critical acclaim from the likes of Kerrang who said "Louise Distras has the kind of voice that could charm the paint from a car".

The rallying title-track was immediately championed at Radio X being made John Kennedy's 'X-posure Hot One' as well as airplay support from BBC Radio London where radio DJ Gary Crowley praised the track as "A song for our times. It leaps out of the radio".

The EP is an appetiser for much bigger things to come from Louise with the upcoming second album already in the works and the USA in her sights. She has been recording in Oakland, CA with producers Steve Whale of The Business and Ross Petersen (Bruce Springsteen, Goo Goo Dolls) and is performing at this year's Punk Rock Bowling Festival, Las Vegas in May.

Louise is just wrapping up an intimate solo headline tour in the UK in support of the Street Revolution EP whilst raising money and awareness for Crisis Charity and Musicians Against Homelessness.

Louise will also be taking part in International Women's Day performing live at the King Arthur, Glastonbury on March 8th. Full tour dates are listed below.
