Live Nation's 'National Concert Day' Promotion Sells Over One Million Tickets In Just One Week

Live Nation's $20 'Kickoff to Summer Ticket Promotion' put more than one million tickets into the hands of fans and officially sold out yesterday. Live Nation began celebrating summer concert season with National Concert Day on May 1, and the $20 promotion which ran for one week from May 2 May 9.

National Concert Day and the 'Kickoff to Summer Ticket Promotion' united artists and fans around their love of live music. For fans who missed out on the $20 deal, it's not too late to plan out a summer concert. With most tours and festivals already announced, it's a great time for fans to get tickets to shows throughout May, June, July and August. While the $20 tickets are gone, there are still tons of regular tickets available to Live Nation summer concerts.
