Little Feat, Grand Funk Railroad et al. Come to Indian Ranch in July and August

Indian Ranch's 65th summer concert series continues with a trio of Classic Rock legends scheduled to perform including Little Feat on July 29, Grand Funk Railroad on July 30 and Blue Oyster Cult on August 6.

Regarded as one of the greatest rock bands in American music history, Little Feat is known for their combination of California rock and New Orleans funk, providing a unique sound that pushes boundaries. Their blend of blues, R&B, country, rock and jazz has created hits such as "Willin", "Dixie Chicken", "Fat Man in the Bathtub" and "Rock n Roll Doctor".

Grand Funk Railroad was one of the most popular American bands of the 1970s, selling out shows even faster than the Beatles with the help of songs including "We're an American Band", "I'm Your Captain (Closer to Home)" and "Some Kind of Wonderful". The band was formed in 1968 by a couple of teens from suburban Michigan- hence the name Grand Funk Railroad, a play on Michigan's ‘Grand Trunk Western Railroad'.

Having sold over 24 million records world wise, Blue Oyster Cult, is renowned for their mega- hits "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" and "Burnin' for You." The band was formed as the American answer to Black Sabbath. More recently their songs have been featured on ‘Saturday Night Live' and VH1's "Behind the Music".

Indian Ranch offers music lovers a chance to see some of the greatest country performers as well as classic and roots rock acts and more perform along the shores of Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg, Nestled between pine trees, the amphitheater offers the ability to see a favorite performer from anywhere in the audience. Indian Ranch is located at 200 Gore Road in Webster, MA and is less than an hour's drive from Boston, Providence and Springfield
