Lily Allen To Release New Album NO MARCH On June 8th Via Warner Bros. Records Image

Lily Allen announced today that her highly anticipated upcoming fourth album, No Shame, will be released on June 8th. No Shame is Lily Allen's most personal, insightful and fully-formed record to date. It includes lead song "Trigger Bang" featuring Giggs, which The Guardian describes as, "a return to the melancholic pop that made her so intriguing." The album pre-order includes downloads of new songs "Higher", "Three", and "Trigger Bang."

A departure from the bold, brash lyricism and sun-soaked melodies Lily is known for, "Three" flips perspective in a way only Lily can, while the hazy, stripped back "Higher" finds Lily at her most vulnerable. Both tracks offer a confessional insight and a glimpse of what's to come on No Shame.

Preorder No Shame and listen to "Higher", "Three", and "Trigger Bang" here.

Working with collaborators Fryars, Mark Ronson, Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koenig, Burna Boy, P2J and Cass Lowe to create No Shame, Lily says her goal was to make an album that is "as truthful as possible." Speaking about the sense of catharsis that came with making the album, she says, "I believe that we as humans work through things by talking about them, and that's what making music is for me. It's sharing things that you hope are going to connect with people, not that are going to connect with algorithms."

Lily will play a string of intimate sold out live shows across the UK and Europe and has just announced two shows in the US - New York on April 23 and Los Angeles on April 25. Lily has also been announced as the headline act for a number of UK and European festivals this summer, including London's Mighty Hoopla and Common People in Southampton.

In celebration of the announcement of No Shame, this week Apple Music's Beats 1 anchor Julie Adenuga named Allen her #UKRepresent.

Lily was nominated for a Grammy for "Best Alternative Album" for her release Alright, Still which was certified gold in the U.S. She has had three U.K. number 1 singles, two number 1 albums and has sold more than 5 million albums worldwide. Lily was recently featured on "Cigarettes and Cush" from Stormzy's acclaimed Gang Signs and Prayer.
