Lil Jon to DJ at SHRINE for 'I Love EDM Tuesdays,' 8/20

SHRINE's "I Love Tuesdays" continues to bring its patrons some of today's top acts, as Lil Jon is set to take over the turntables and keep the crowd entertained on Tuesday, August 20, from 9 p.m. - 1 a.m at MGM Grand at Foxwoods.

In addition to the DJ set from the famed mogul, the toga-themed night will include a crowning of "Toga King" and "Toga Queen" for best outfits. The top honor will be a prize fit for royalty, as each of the two winners will win a complimentary VIP table to be used at an upcoming "I Love Tuesdays" event of their choice. Also included will be a complimentary bottle of champagne, a complimentary bottle of vodka, mixers, admission for eight guests and bottle service.

Lil Jon is a rapper, producer and DJ, best known for performing and promoting a style of hip-hop called "crunk." The Atlanta-based artist was the lead rapper with the group Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz from 1997 to 2004. He began a solo career in 2010, and has appeared on The Celebrity Apprentice. He also co-wrote, produced and sang on Usher's single "Yeah!," one of the biggest hits of 2004, and his solo single, "Snap Yo Fingers," was a hit in 2006. His first solo album, Crunk Rock, was released in 2010 and he has made guest appearances on many other artists' recordings. Lil Jon also continues to work as a club DJ and is a co-owner of the record label Black Market Entertainment.
