LYDIA Announces US Summer Tour Supporting Upcoming LP LIQUOR, Out 7/13

On the heels of a fan-favorite tour with UK punks Moose Blood and in anticipation of their seventh release, Arizona indie-rockers Lydia are announcing a massive US-wide tour this summer in support ofLiquor, their first release with Weekday Records. The band will be joined by labelmates Cherry Poolsas well as fellow Arizonans Jared & the Mill for what's sure to be an all-in event, every single night. Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10AM, local time for each venue; however, VIP presale is available now. For dates, see below.

With six albums and multiple tours under their belt, the desert dwellers of Lydia are making a big jump with Liquor, coming July 13 via Sony imprint Weekday Records. First single "Goodside" promises fans and new listeners an expansive, experimental version of their catchy blend of emo-tinged indie folk.Liquor sees the band maintaining their DIY punk spirit while exploring new sonic territory, including a collaboration with labelmate Lauren Ruth Ward.
