Southern California's KYNG will join Seether and Sick Puppies on the "Triple Threat Tour" beginning this fall. The tour begins mid-September and will include stops in Atlanta, Boston, Baltimore, and St. Louis, among others, with more dates to be announced soon. The tour will come on the heels of a sprawling summer trek that sees them on the road with 10 Years and Fair to Midland.

KYNG will also stop in Atlantic City for Metallica's Orionfest on June 23 and perform on the Damage Inc stage at 3:45pm. Metallica frontman James Hetfield recently sung the band's praises after discovering them through Sirius XM program director Jose Mangin, who has championed KYNG since hearing early demos a few years ago.

Kyng released their debut record Trampled Sun last fall on REALID Records (through Independent Label Group). The third single "Bleed Easy" is currently in heavy rotation on Yahoo! Music's Hard Rock Station with a 4.5 rating out of 5! Gina Juliano of Yahoo! Music declares, "Kyng nails it with Bleed Easy....I can't stop playing it!"

KYNG's self-proclaimed "California Heavy" sound is a unique and universally appealing combination of heavy and captivating concepts, channeling influences from Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin to Foo Fighters and Queens of the Stone Age. KYNG is trio, Eddie Velix (guitar and vocals) Tony Castaneda (bassist and vocals), and Pepe Clarke Magaña (drummer).
