Recent ACM Male Vocalist of the Year winner Jason Aldean is joining forces with television and movie actress Kristen Bell to manage what's proven to be music's wildest night of the year, when they host the 2013 CMT MUSIC AWARDS live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, June 5 at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT on CMT and CMT.com. The duo confirmed their co-hosting duties this afternoon after Bell disclosed this week on Twitter that she was returning as host for this year's show and teased who her counterpart would be. Fans can read more about Bell and Aldean's back-and-forth correspondence on Twitter here.

Nominations for the 12th annual show will be announced Monday, May 6 and performers and presenters for country music's first fan-voted awards show will be announced soon. Tickets for the show will go on sale Saturday, May 11 at 11:00 a.m. ET/10:00 a.m. CT at all Ticketmaster outlets and the Bridgestone Arena Box Office.

With more than eight million records sold and 11 No. one hits under his belt, Jason Aldean is an 11-time CMT Award nominee and has been a CMT Artist of the Year honoree the last three years running. The third single off his platinum fifth studio album Night Train, the fun dose of nostalgia "1994" is currently storming up the Top 15 and follows seven consecutive No. ones including Night Train's previous two singles "Take A Little Ride" and "The Only Way I Know" feat. Luke Bryan and Eric Church. Aldean's biggest tour yet, the 2013 Night Train Tour, has sold out every show so far including his Madison Square Garden debut and the first ever show at the University of Georgia's Sanford Stadium where he played to 66,000 fans. More stadium dates on the books this year include two nights at Boston's Fenway Park (July 12 and 13) and Chicago's Wrigley Field (July 20).

Kristen Bell is currently starring in the Showtime series, "House of Lies" opposite Don Cheadle, and this summer she starts shooting the Warner Brothers film "Veronica Mars" reprieving the title role of 'Veronica Mars.' She starred in and co-produced the comedy "Hit & Run," written and directed by Dax Shepard and is also lending her voice to the new Disney animated feature, "Frozen." Additionally, Bell plays the lead role in the independent film "Lifeguard," opening this summer. Her other film credits include "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," "When in Rome," "Couples Retreat," "Movie 43," "Some Girls, "You Again," and "Burlesque." Her television credits include "Veronica Mars," "Deadwood," "Heroes" and "Party Down" while her Broadway credits include "Tom Sawyer" and "The Crucible."
