Loton, Corp's (OTC: LIVX) LiveXLive Studios announced that Andrew B. Bachelor, better known as social media star King Bach, has signed on to create original content for LiveXLive, the worldwide premium live music video streaming network, and act as a Contributing Social Editor. LXL Studios will bring Bach's exuberant energy and comic timing to the platform via short form video programming and contributions to LiveZone, LiveXLive's flagship music magazine-style news show which is expected to launch later this year. One of King Bach's first projects for LXL Studios will include guest starring with fellow Instagram sensation Amanda Cerny, who just launched her first LXL Studio series of comedy shorts (Its three episodes have garnered almost 900,000 views on LiveXLive's Instagram page).

King Bach was the most followed person on Vine, with over 16.2 million followers and over 6 billion views. He has extended that success to create a total social following of over 20 million and, through his production company Bach Enterprises, launched a robust YouTube channel that hosts viral sketch comedy hits such as the series Bachelor's Pad TV. Bach has also had roles on major TV shows such as Angie Tribeca, House of Lies and The Mindy Project, and MTV's Wild 'N' Out with Nick Cannon and in films such as Fifty Shades of Black and Meet the Blacks. He has multiple TV and film roles expected to be released in 2017 including McG's The Babysitter, the animated feature Arkie (alongside Shailene Woodley), Where's the Money, and Airplane Mode with the Cerny and social media superstar Logan Paul. He's a true leader in creating content for new media, and his contributions to LiveXLive is expected to drive millennial users to the platform, as well as attract other influential social media creators to participate.

"I am excited to join the LiveXLive Family. They have a unique view on digital and the music space. The content that we will create together will definitely be groundbreaking, " said King Bach.

"The way King Bach has crossed over from social media to Hollywood is game changing," said Robert Ellin, Founder and CEO of LiveXLive. "It proves that stars can operate in multiple mediums at once and that their credibility and fanbase will follow them to different platforms. We're delighted he's joining us to create great content, introduce us to new audiences, and blaze the trail for success with other top social media stars in this space."

The recently releasesd set of comedy shorts chronicle Cerny's comic and relatable mishaps at live music events such as long lines, obstructed views, being faced with unwanted suitors. The moral at the the end of each episode is that Cerny may have been better off enjoying a premium live music experience on the LiveXLive mobile platform from the comfort of her own phone. In addition to the comedy shorts and LiveZone, LXL Studios expects to launch 10 to 12 pilots, and 3 to 5 documentary series in 2017 appealing to a wide variety of music fans. All of this original programming will complement LiveXLive's premium live music broadcasts from major festivals and venues around the world.
