Katrina Woolverton New EP 'Better Now' Out Now

Singer/songwriter Katrina Woolverton is headed back out on the road with John Popper (from Blues Traveler) and will be performing an acoustic set with her guitarist on SUNDAY September 17 at Daryl's House. Her EP "Better Now" , produced by Mikal Blue (One Republic, Colbie Caillat, Jason Mraz) featuring the new single "Hold Me Down" is out now. As an ASCAP writer, she has written multiple Billboard charting songs and has worked with some amazing songwriters including "Thinking Out Loud" Grammy Song of the Year winner Amy Wadge. Katrina and Amy wrote the EP's title track "Better Now" that Train front man Pat Monahan featured on his SiriusXM Show Train Tracks.

While on the road touring with the iconic Meatloaf she started looking for healthy food choices (instead of the usual fast food grab)- that led to another project close to her heart- a blog called "Katrina's Kitchen" where she develops and shares healthy easy to make food recipes. http://www.katrinawoolverton.com/katrinas-kitchen

Katrina was a Star Search Winner as a young child who walked away from multiple recording contract offers to stay in school. She went on to get her Law Degree and became a practicing attorney before returning to her first love of music!
