"Cash Is King" an extraordinary Johnny Cash Tribute Show that brings you back to the era of Johnny Cash and the Tennessee Three with a focus on the Sun Records and 60's Prison concerts time period. Ever since the Award Winning bio-pic 'WALK THE LINE' there has been an ever growing interest in the music of Johnny Cash. People who never had the chance to witness Cash live now have an opportunity to relive the magic and experience what once was.

Johnny Cash is portrayed by Brian Chicoine first and foremost with respect to the Man In Black. His voice is uncanny in its similarity to the legendary singer and has been deemed the closest thing to the original itself. Backing Brian as the Tennessee Three is Robert Grimaldi on lead guitar as Luther Perkins who captures the Simple yet groundbreaking telecaster guitar style that defined the Cash sound. Portraying bassist Marshall Grant is Junior Cain who lays down the unmistakable low end slap of the Upright Doghouse Bass that was a staple of the Sun Records sound that the band created in the 50's. On the drums is Stephen E. Woods as W.S. Holland who brings it all together with beats that kept the boys steady as a train and sharp like a razor. Rounding out the Experience as June Carter is Vicky St. Pierre performing the classic duets complete with the sass and style of Johnny's wife.

The band as a whole completes the show with full costume and stories of Cash's life through classic songs like "Folsom Prison Blues," "I Walk The Line," "Ring Of Fire," "Sunday Morning Coming Down," and over 30 of Johnny Cash's most known and beloved songs.
