On November 21, 2015 at 8 p.m. Raue Center For The Arts welcomes Chicago's most exciting rhythm and blues band, Jimmy Nick & Don't Tell Mama. This performance is not to be missed, as Jimmy Nick will be recording his first live album during the show!

Jimmy Nick is an old-fashioned, guitar-slinging blues prodigy who has been performing in famous Chicago clubs since he was just sixteen years old. With endless energy and strong stage presence as well as experience playing at venues including Buddy Guy's legends, The Kingston Mines, Rosa's Lounge and B.L.U.E.S. on Halstead, he has made a splash in the Chicago club and blues scene.

Jimmy Nick has shared the stage with top industry talents such as John Mayall, Ted Nugent, Los Lonely Boys, Savoy Brown, Pat Travers, Gov't Mule and Kenny Wayne Shepherd. His band, Don't Tell Mama, is comprised of some of Chicagoland's top musicians. Backed by Don't Tell Mama, Jimmy Nick combines his talent with stage theatrics and electrifying guitar to create one of the most thrilling performances in the Chicagoland area.

Jimmy Nick & Don't Tell Mama released their debut album, titled Whisky N' Rain, in June 2011. The album features ten original songs strongly influenced by Chicago blues as well as groups such as George Thorogood and the Destroyers, ZZ Top and AC/DC. The band released their second album, the blues EP Who Ya Kiddin', in March 2013. In July 2014, Jimmy Nick & Don't Tell Mama released their third album, Rare Breed, which features the hit "Greedy Man" as well as a performance by the legendary Eddie Shaw.
