Highlights: They discussed the origin of the album title Integrity Blues. Lead singer and guitarist Jim Adkins explained that on the album there are many themes explored, but the song Integrity Blues hits on many of those themes at once. He stated that the best that you have at any given point is that you're always in a state of progress, and sometimes what you want bumps into the reality of that and as a result you run into conflict or adversity-Trying to do the right thing can feel like lonely work sometimes. Host Harms asked guitarist and backing vocalist Tom Linton about the year off that the band took. Tom noted that while he was still playing music around the house, he also picked up boxing. He said it was important for the band to take that time off because they had been in a cycle of going out on tour for a year and a half after completing a record, and then going straight into the studio to start recording again-It was good to get away from it all for a bit.Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images for iHeartMedia
