Jennifer Hudson has tweeted an announcement regarding her upcoming summer tour, which has been rescheduled. The singer was quick to assure that it has not, in fact, been cancelled: "Hey guys! I just want to apologize to all who were looking forward to seeing me on tour this summer. Due to my upcoming projects, the tour has to be rescheduled. I would never cancel a chance to meet my fans! I love all of u n cant wait to see u! Jhud"

Jennifer Hudson began her career as one of the finalists on American Idol and skyrocketed to stardom with her film debut in Dreamgirls, which earned her the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Hudson's self-titled debut album won the Grammy for Best R&B Album in 2008. She recently released her sophomore album, I Remember Me.
