Singer, songwriter and guitarist Jeff Tweedy makes his debut on NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers tonight performing "I Am Trying To Break Your Heart" from his forthcoming solo acoustic album Together At Last. In an unprecedented booking Tweedy makes back-to-back appearances on the show, returning Tuesday to perform "I'm Always In Love" also from the aforementioned new release, which is available Friday on Wilco's dBpm Records. Late Night with Seth Meyers airs weeknights on NBC at 12:35/11:35 CT.

Recorded at Tweedy's Chicago studio The Loft, Together At Last features intimate renditions of 11 Tweedy songs previously released by Wilco and by Tweedy's occasional side projects Loose Fur and Golden Smog. It is the first in a proposed series of releases - The Loft Sessions - where Tweedy revisits his vast catalog of work that spans three decades and more than 20 albums. Available now for preorder now from the Wilco store , Together At Last is available everywhere on Friday.

Friday also marks the start of Wilco's Solid Sound Festival, the band's three-day extravaganza of music, comedy, art and more from the campus of MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA. The band performs its ground-breaking 1996 album Being There in its entirety on Friday night as determined by an online voting ballot, and performs a second headlining set on Saturday night. Additional performers throughout the weekend include Television, Kurt Vile, Robert Glasper Experiment, The Shaggs, Kevin Morby, Dave and Phil Alvin, Deep Sea Diver, Dawn of Midi and more plus performances by all Wilco member side-projects, comedy by John Hodgman, Nick Offerman, Eugene Mirman, Hari Kondabolu and Jean Grae, a speaking engagement by food activist Mark Bittman, performances by Bread & Puppet Theater and Story Pirates, plus craft beer and cider, local food, kids' activities and much more.

Located in the scenic Berkshire Mountains in Western MA, MASS MoCA has recently unveiled a new wing, now boasting more than 250,000 square feet of galleries with new exhibits by contemporary artists James Turrell, Laurie Anderson, Nick Cave and more.

A limited number of three-day and single-day tickets are still available throughsolidsoundfestival.com, massmoca.org and the MASS MoCA box office (413.662.2111).
