JIMMY OWENS BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION Set for Sista's Place Tonight

Jimmy Owens BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION is set for tonight, December 7th at Sista's Place, with sets at 9:00 and 10:30 PM.

Come join Jimmy Owens to celebrate the Thirtieth anniversary of his Fortieth birthday. He will be joined by: Michael Howell on guitar; Kenny Davis on bass; and Winard Harper on drums.

The concert is also a tribute to trumpeter, composer, educator Donald Byrd (1932 - 2013).
