Now in its 12th year, the idea behind International Guitar Night is simple. Four guitarists share their compositions, the stage and their ideas in a special evening of solos, duets and quartets--all highlighting the virtuosity and diversity within the world of acoustic guitar.
Founded by guitarist Brian Gore, International Guitar Night is a forum for the world’s finest guitarists/composers to play their newest compositions and share musical ideas with their peers in public concert.This year’s edition of the acclaimed annual tour features England’s Adrian Legg, Germany’s Lulo Reinhardt, and Brazil’s Marco Pereira, together with host Brian Gore. Mr. Legg is a legend for the variety of styles and sounds he coaxes from his custom electric guitar. Mr. Reinhardt is a master showman, flavoring the Gypsy Swing of his legendary forebear Django Reinhardt with his unique style of Latin music. Mr. Pereira is a multi-dimensional virtuoso, with a repertoire ranging from lightning-fast percussive compositions to Samba and classic Brazilian waltzes.
