Recently, Il Volo won the "Big Artist" Award at the prestigious Sanremo Music Festival in Italy, which led them to go 3x Platinum in Italy with their latest EP and contributed to their sold-out summer tour. They have been guests on numerous TV programs in the United States (The Tonight Show, The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Talk, American Idol, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and The Rachael Ray Show), and they also appeared on the final episode of HBO's hit series Entourage.
Il Volo sang with Barbra Streisand in 2012, performed at Madison Square Garden in New York City as special guests of Laura Pausini, won a Billboard Latin Music Award, and toured the United States and Latin America with great success. In anticipation to their upcoming tour, Il Volo is set to release their fifth studio album Grande Amore at the end of September via Sony Music. In addition, Public Broadcasting Television (PBS) will be airing IL VOLO: LIVE FROM POMPEII, a unique look of their recent concert at the legendary ruins of Pompeii.
