Hunter Hayes Garners Six Academy of Country Music Award Nominations

Following an exceptional Media Blitz leading into the GRAMMY's, including performances on the GRAMMY telecast, The View and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Hunter Hayes continues his celebration with six Academy of Country Music Awards nominations, the second most nominated artist this year. This marks his first nominations in the "Song of the Year" (Artist and Composer), "Single Record of the Year" (Artist and Producer) and "Video of the Year" categories.

After 70 weeks, Hunter Hayes' Atlantic Records self-titled debut reemerges into the Top 5 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart and No. 2 on iTunes Country Chart.

Hunter Hayes is a multi-talented songwriter, musician, producer, and performer. He is currently nominated for six Academy of Country Music Awards, including nods as a Songwriter and Producer on his No. 1 single, "Wanted," which has also been certified double platinum. Hunter is a three-time GRAMMY award nominee and is CMA's reining "New Artist of the Year," Hunter has been touring and performing live for decades.
