Capturing the essence of latest single "Every Day (feat. Hoodlem)" with a simple and striking concept, director Nathan Presley (Mr Little Jeans, Trace) walks us through the fantasy of a love addict. The video opens on Courtney Campbell at a downtown train station as she gazes lovingly at a photograph. Obsessive devotion her focus, she plugs in her headphones, entering a world of her own. As the dance continues through the streets, the movement becomes more agile - interchanging between sweet and menacing - reflecting the fluctuating and fickle nature of love. As a character that appears meek and subdued in the beginning, it is clear she can pop it like a pro from the moment the first hook drops. With its pop sensibilities and slick production, the single has landed on 15+ New Music Friday Spotifyplaylists across the globe, in addition to Top 10 placement on Apple Music's Electronic Chart. "Every Day (feat. Hoodlem)" is out now via Elefant Traks/Nettwerk. |
