Emerging music group, Here Are The Lions, combines Alternative Rock with Electronic Urban Groove to create an exceptional musical experience. HATL use the power of music to highlight key issues in our modern society: ignorance. They believe that T.V. and social networks promote a new society built on a great vacuum. The group is able to create a melodic proficiency that evokes emotion by having such a diverse and unique sound.
They are accomplishing their mission with their new music video for their acclaimed single, "Unsatisfied". The video incorporates the stories of four individuals, each experiencing their own dissatisfaction with their lives and the world around them. The cinematography of the music video is incredible and the inclusion of dance to invoke the lyrics unifies the visuals with the song.
Here Are The Lions was created in 2014 by Bernard-P. Boyer as a collaborative project between different musicians, some of which hail from Berklee College of Music. The name of the group, "Here Are The Lions", derives from from the practice of cartographers from Roman and Medieval Times. It indicates both the perils of ignorance and the challenges of the unknown. The band uses this to symbolize their venture into undiscovered genre collaboration with in their influences and their challenges to create thought-provoking, emotional music.
