Joni Morris is well-known for her special tribute to the queen of country music, Patsy Cline. She has been playing to sold-out crowds across the country for over 20 years with her other fabulous tribute shows as well. In Legendary Ladies of Country Music, she pays tribute to Cline and other great country singers, such as Kittty Wells, Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynette, and more.

Joni's performance is a solid one, saturated with authentic sound, personality, and true showmanship. The audience is transported back to the Golden Years of the late 50's and early 60's when Patsy Cline was the glamour girl of country and captivated fans with a soul-stirring voice and a flamboyant personality. Songs like "Crazy," "Sweet Dreams," "I Fall to Pieces," "Walkin' After Midnight," and "She's Got You," are sung brilliantly, with dazzling costumes and comedy, too. However, nothing shines so bright as Morris' ability to connect with her audience. She works the crowd better than a Las Vegas crooner. Her audience interaction wins her fans wherever she performs.

Joni Morris grew up in Stockton and started her tributary country music career after years of encouragement from family and friends. Her parents hailed from Oklahoma and Texas. A love of country music was shared with Morris and her siblings. A fascination with the velvety smooth emotion of Patsy Cline's music led her to shape a unique performance with a goal to do justice to the memory of the inspiring icon. She later expanded her repertoire to include other legendary females of country music. She has perfected her pitch to the tune of Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynette, and Skeeter Davis.

Morris has now recorded and released six albums. Her fourth album, entitled Heartsongs, includes her hit song, "It's Hold Me Time" and other original songs. She has also recorded a 10 song Christmas CD, Joni Morris Christmas. Her latest CD's are Joni Morris Live and Joni Morris Looking Back. Rave reviews and standing ovations are guaranteed. Reviewers have praised her saying "A double-barreled voice that can belt, sob, exult...We're transported back into the Golden Years of the late 50's and early 60's (Sacramento Bee)" and "A person would have to be crazy to pass up an opportunity to see Joni Morris (SF Examiner)." Catch Joni on her way to the top!
